and the Lowcountry

People getting married in Savannah are also looking at Bluffton, Hilton Head and Jekyll Island. They are close, they are beautiful, and they have different rules. South Carolina even has a different marriage license.

Why Trust This Guide

I built this as the place I wish every couple would start.

I am Vitor Lindo. I have photographed weddings for 14 years, 450 overall and over 400 in Savannah, and I lived downtown for many years. I know the venues, the vendors and the parks because I have been working in them all this time.

The rules on these pages were checked against the City, the County and the venues' own sites. No vendor or venue pays to be here.
